Set on 5 acres including rainforest, a creek, paddock, dam and gardens is a well-appointed 2 bedroom home. A perfect escape for a peaceful weekend away from the city. Sip wine by the fire; firewood provided May to September, enjoy tea on the veranda, a barbeque on the patio, all whilst enjoying total serenity.
The house includes two living areas, a dining room and a well-appointed kitchen including Smeg espresso coffee machine. Outside, guests can enjoy the spa for two overlooking the escarpment, exploring the creek area and a bbq on the patio. The house also includes a lovely new bathroom including a bath, plus books, indoor and outdoor games.
The main bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two singles beds
The property is approximately 15 mins from Kangaroo Valley village. Access to the property is via a 2 km private driveway which is steep in places with gravel sections and a causeway creek crossing. While the property is accessible with a normal 2WD vehicle with care we definitely don't recommend lowered vehicles and extra care should be taken during wet weather. We recommend guests arrive during daylight hours so they can easier locate the property.
Due to its secluded location there is no mobile reception at the property. There is complimentary wifi if guests need to stay in touch so we recommend enabling wifi calling on your phone - or even better turn your phone off for a few days and leave the rest of the world behind!
