This private, contemporary home is ideal for families or two couples seeking a premium Kangaroo Valley escape. The design combines style and functionality, with charred ironbark cladding, handcrafted sandstone blade walls, and exceptional finishes throughout. Seamless indoor/outdoor living allows you to enjoy the stunning surroundings, while thoughtful touches ensure comfort and convenience.
The main living area is open plan, with floor-to-ceiling glass walls bringing the outdoors in. A well-appointed lounge is separated from the gourmet kitchen and dining area by a double-sided combustion fireplace. The home has two bedrooms—one with a king bed and one with two king singles—and a bathroom featuring a bath, shower, and toilet. Both bedrooms are oriented to maximise views of the escarpment and bushland. A laundry with washing machine and dryer adds extra convenience.
Villa Arbosana is equipped with a smart TV (please bring your own streaming logins) and complimentary WiFi. While the property has a reliable Starlink connection, connectivity cannot be guaranteed 100%, and no compensation is offered for disruptions. Guests who require critical internet access should have a backup plan.
Outdoors, the home offers a serene and private setting. The dining area opens onto a deck perfect for alfresco meals. A BBQ area and firepit provide stunning views of the valley and escarpment, while large open lawns surround the house. Please note: there is an unfenced dam near the house.
The home features ducted heating and cooling throughout, with ceiling fans in the bedrooms for warmer days. The living and dining area is warmed by a double-sided combustion fireplace for cooler evenings.
Parking is available for two cars in the garage, with additional space on the driveway. Guests are asked not to park on the grass.
