The home is thoughtfully designed across three fully connected pavilions. At its heart is the expansive open-plan living area, featuring a large wood fireplace (wood provided May - September), reverse cycle air-conditioning and a comfortable leather lounge - an inviting space to relax, unwind, graze through the book collection or just soak up the view to the pastures, valley and escarpment beyond. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine - well equipped to prepare a meal whilst enjoying the wrap around views.
A second pavilion offers an additional lounge area with a large-screen smart TV and complimentary Wi-Fi - ideal for movie nights or catching up on your favourite sport. This area also features a cosy gas fireplace as well as reverse cycle air-conditioning. An adjoining laundry provides a washer, dryer and an extra toilet.
The third pavilion houses four well-appointed bedrooms and ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning. The master features a king bed, ensuite, and large glass doors opening onto a private deck - perfect to enjoy the serenity with a morning coffee. The second bedroom includes a king bed that can be split into two singles (please request at booking), while the third and fourth bedrooms both offer Queen beds. A main bathroom with bath and separate toilet services these rooms.
From the main living space, the house flows naturally through expansive sliding glass doors onto the deck, complete with a gas BBQ, outdoor dining areas and a fire pit - an ideal spot to take in the scenery, watch the kangaroos in the adjoining paddock at dusk, or enjoy an evening under the stars.
Guests can also explore the landscaped gardens, paddock leading to the stream or wander along the quiet country lane leading to the property.
Newhaven is home to a number of artworks and sculptures around the property adding to its sense of place in this beautiful corner of the valley.
