Sweet Gum Bend is set in absolute privacy, located on an acreage on the outskirts of the village and surrounded by trees it is easy to forget your cares. Beautiful rural views and a large cleared area around the house perfect for a picnic or games. 2 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk the village where you can enjoy a coffee and visit some unique stores.
The comfy leather lounges are a perfect place to watch a DVD, read a book or just enjoy the peace and quiet. Enjoy the ever changing majesty of Kangaroo Valley from the front verandah or cook up a yummy meal in the fully equipped kitchen with some local produce.
The 2 bedrooms are located upstairs (bathroom is downstairs) with the main bedroom being extremely large and with a king size bed, the second bedroom can be set up as either a king size bed or two king single beds; just let us know which you prefer when you book. Both bedrooms are equipped with reverse cycle air conditioning.
This charming cottage is fitted out with lovely furnishings and with its quiet location is the perfect place to getaway for a weekend and feel completely refreshed and ready to face the world again.

The rates calculated by this website are estimates only and may not include discounts or special rates. Rates are based on 2 guests then per person per night up to 4 guests. All rates will be checked by our staff.
- Please note a non-refundable Booking Fee applies to all bookings.
- Special is not available on long weekends, School Holidays or Christmas/New Year period. To take advantage of the special, please book the nights you would like to stay and we will amend the pricing on your booking before you receive a payment request.
- A Security Bond is processed as a credit card pre-authorisation with all bookings.
